A worn-out loader bucket is one of those things that sneaks up on you. The sides get thin, the structural integrity starts to go, and before long you're losing material on every pass and putting stress on the whole machine.

We cut the old sides off and started fresh. New side plates were fitted and welded in, and we added liners to the inside to give the interior real protection going forward. The welds on this thing had to be solid - we're talking about a bucket that takes a beating every single day. You can see the clean, tight bead work along the new side panels where fresh steel meets the existing structure.

The close-up weld shots tell the story. Each joint was run with care, laying down consistent passes at the corners and along the full seams. No gaps, no skip welds - just clean, continuous runs that are going to hold up under real working conditions. That kind of detail matters on a bucket this size carrying this kind of load.

Adding liners is one of the smartest things you can do when you're already into a rebuild like this. The liner plates protect the base metal from abrasion and impact, which means the bucket stays in better shape longer and you're not back in the shop doing this again in a year or two. It's a small investment that pays off over the long haul.

This is the kind of work we do for contractors and equipment owners all across the area. A rebuilt bucket at a fraction of replacement cost, done right, so it goes back to work and stays there.

More Steel. More Strength. More Life.
